Managing your account
We will issue you with a unique website address that gives your guests access to make their donations. It is up to you to ensure your guests are aware of the website and make use of it.
This is to be decided between the purchaser and the supplier as to a suitable date. The Sculpture will not be release until full funds are covered, either by givers or by the purchaser if full funds are not contributed by guests before a date the sculpture is required (if needed to be present at the wedding/event, for example). The cost of delivery and installation will be agreed prior to the account being set up and can be paid on completion of the payments or at point of registration. Again to be agreed between the purchaser and supplier. If the purchaser requires the sculpture to be installed at the wedding/event venue, they can opt to either take it on from here, or the supplier can collect and deliver it to the permanent address and install. This may require an additional fee, to be stated to the purchaser by the supplier at time of registration.
Deliveries and installations will be undertaken by trained Sculpture Park staff. If the supplier opts to collect the sculpture then the suppliers hold no responsibility for any damages in transit.
Damages in transit:
With the nature of many sculptured items being very fragile all the items we supply are thoroughly checked at our end for damage or flaws, and we take all due care to ensure that the items cannot be damaged in transit. Items received by purchaser must be checked for damage on receipt and flagged up immediately.
No claims for damages can be accepted after 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
On choosing your sculpture, the purchaser must take care to inspect the item to ensure they are fully happy with its condition. The length of time the sculpture then stays in the park or on show until the purchaser receive it depends on how long it takes to clear funds. If the purchaser requires the item to be taken off show then this can be discussed at time of register.
